Constitution Island Details

All permission forms and payment for the Constitution Island trip must be brought to the 4/19 meeting.

For those who have not been there before, there is a rich history on the island dating back to the Revolutionary War.  See for more information.  We are privileged to be allowed to camp there, as it is not open to the public for camping.

Also, because we have no meetings except for one right before the trip, Patrol leaders should call their patrols as discussed at the TLC to see who will be attending and plan a Dutch oven cooking menu. The patrol can also purchase the food items needed before the meeting and can be reimbursed.

A bag lunch is also needed for the trip and Class A and class B's must both be brought on this trip. Back backs are not needed; scouts can pack duffel bags to save room.

Adults will be cooking as a patrol and will chip in cash once menu is established by Mr. Tierney and Mr. Brenner.
